I. Umumiy qoidalar

1.Ushbu Nizom ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonida AKTni samarali qo‘llayotgan ijodkor o‘qituvchilar va dasturlash yo‘nalishi bo‘yicha iqtidorli o‘quvchilarni aniqlash, ularning ijodiy izlanishlarini rivojlantirish, shuningdek, ilg‘or tajribalarni ommalashtirish maqsadida o‘tkazilayotgan “Eng yaxshi elektron axborot-ta’lim resurslari — 2017” ko‘rik-tanlovining tuman (shahar), viloyat va respublika bosqichlarini tashkil etish tartibini belgilaydi.

Ko‘rik-tanlovda ta’lim muassasalarining barcha fan o‘qituvchilari va 5-, 6-, 7-, 8- hamda 9-sinf o‘quvchilari ishtirok etishlari mumkin.

II.Ko‘rik-tanlovning maqsad va vazifalari

2.Kurik-tanlovning asosiy maqsadi ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonida AKTni samarali qo‘llayotgan ijodkor o‘qituvchilar va dasturlash yo‘nalishi bo‘yicha iqtidorli o‘quvchilarni aniqlash, ularning ijodiy izlanishlarini rivojlantirishdan iboratdir.

3.Ko‘rik-tanlovning asosiy vazifalari:

o‘qituvchilarning AKTdan ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonida samarali foydalanishiga erishish;

o‘quvchilarni dasturlash yo‘nalishidagi qiziqishlarini oshirish;

jahon axborot tarmoqlarida O‘zbekiston Respublikasi ta’lim tizimiga tegishli ma’lumotlarni ko‘paytirishdan iborat.

III. Ko‘rik-tanlovga ishlarni taqdim etish tartibi

4.Qoraqalpogiston Respublikasi Xalq ta’lim i vazirligi, Toshkent shaxar xalq ta’lim i bosh boshqarmasi, viloyatlar xalq ta’lim i boshqarmalari va ularning tasarrufidagi tuman (shahar) XTMFMTTEBlarida ko‘rik-tanlovni tashkil etuvchi qo‘mitalar tomonidan mazkur Nizom asosida ko‘rik-tanlov o‘tkaziladi hamda respublika tashkiliy qo‘mitasiga ko‘rik-tanlovning respublika bosqichida ishtirok etuvchilar to‘grisida kuyidagi hujjatlar taqdim etiladi:

dasturning annotatsiyasi (taqdim etilayotgan ishning to‘lik nomi, maqsad va vazifalari, foydalanilgan dasturning nomi, undan foydalanish yo‘riqnomasi);

muallif yoki mualliflar hakida ma’lumot (familiyasi, ismi, otasining ismi, tug‘ilgan yili, ma’lumoti, ish-joyi, lavozimi, o‘quvchilar uchun — maktab rahbariyatining ma’lumotnomasi);

ko‘rik-tanlovning tuman (shahar) bosqichlarida ishtirok etilganligi, egallagan o‘rinini asoslovchi bayonnomadan va viloyatga taqdim etilgan buyurtmadan ko‘chirma;

ko‘rik-tanlovning viloyat bosqichlarida ishtirok etilganligi va tegishli o‘rinni egallaganligini asoslovchi yig‘ilish bayonnomasi va respublika bosqichida ishtirok etish uchun buyurtmani asl nus’hasi.

IV.Ko‘rik-tanlovga taqdim etilgan ishlarga qo‘yiladigan talablar

5.Ko‘rik-tanlovga umumta’lim, ixtisoslashtirilgan va maxsus ta’lim muassasalar uchun o‘quv fanlarini o‘qitish va o‘rganish bo‘yicha EATRlar, ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonida zamonaviy AKT vositalaridan foydalanishga qaratilgan dasturlar, ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonini boshqaruvchi dasturlar qabul qilinadi.

6.Ko‘rik-tanlovga takdim etilgan ishlar quyidagi 2 ta yo‘nalish bo‘yicha ko‘rib chiqiladi va baholanadi:

Birinchi yo‘nalish: umumta’lim, ixtisoslashtirilgan va maxsus ta’lim muassasalari o‘qituvchilari o‘rtasida;

Ikkinchi yo‘nalish: umumta’lim, ixtisoslashtirilgan va maxsus ta’lim muassasalari o‘quvchilari o‘rtasida.

Ko‘rik-tanlovga taqdim etilgan EATRlar to‘liq tugatilgan, ilgari hech qayerda chop etilmagan hamda ko‘rik-tanlovlarga qo‘yilmagan bo‘lishi lozim.

Mazkur ko‘rik-tanlovda yakunlanmagan, avvalgi tanlovlarda ishtirok etgan ishlar, veb-saytlar hakamlar tomonidan ko‘rilmaydi va baholanmaydi.

9.Joylardagi tashkiliy qo‘mitalarning vazifalari:

Qoraqalpog‘iston Respublikasi Xalq ta’limi vazirligi, Toshkent shahar xalq ta’limi bosh boshqarmasi va viloyatlar xalq ta’limi boshqarmalari o‘z hududlarida Nizomga muvofiq tanlov tashkil etadilar va g‘olib deb topilgan ishlarni respublika ko‘rik-tanloviga tavsiya etadilar;

tavsiya etilgan ishlar muallifi (respublika bosqichiga hammualliflik asosida yaratilgan ishlarning bir nafar hammuallifini, ya’ni bir nafar o‘qituvchi va bir nafar o‘quvchi hamda viloyat xalq ta’limi boshkarmasining AKTga mas’ul xodimi jami 3 kishi)ni respublika bosqichida ishtirok etishini ta’minlaydilar.

10. Tashkiliy qo‘mita respublika bosqichida ishtirok etishi uchun har bir viloyatdan kelgan uch nafar ishtirokchilar (bir nafar o‘qituvchi, bir nafar o‘quvchi va viloyat xalq ta’limi boshkarmasining AKTga mas’ul xodimi)ni (jami: (3*14=42) qirq ikki nafar ishtirokchini) joy bilan ta’minlaydi.

11. Tashkiliy qo‘mita respublika bosqichiga ishtirokchilarni qo‘llab quvvatlash uchun kelgan shaxslarni joy bilan ta’minlash va boshqa masalalar bo‘yicha mas’uliyatini zimmasiga olmaydi.

VII. Kurik-tailovni yakunlash, ishtirokchilarni rag‘baglantirish

12.Ko‘rik-tanlovga taqdim etilgan ishlarga quyidagi sovrinli o‘rinlar belgilanadi:

VIII. Yakuniy qoidalar

13. G‘oliblarni taqdirlash tashkiliy qo‘mita tomonidan hakamlar hay’ati yigilishi bayonnomasi asosida amalga oshiriladi.

Hakamlar hay’ati g‘olib deb topilgan ishlarni ommalashtirish uchun tavsiyaetadi.

Tashkiliy qo‘mita tavsiya etilgan ishlarni respublika mikyosida ommalashtirish uchun Respublika ta’lim markazining fanlar yo‘nalishidagi ilmiy-metodik kengashlarida ko‘rib chikishga tavsiya etadi.
